Talos Energy LLC is a newly formed partnership with Apollo Global Management and Riverstone Holdings for the purposes of buying assets in the Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico regions with emphasis on asset optimization, exploitation, and exploration in and around our assets. Talos Energy also engages in business development activities that include JV’s (Joint Ventures) and farm-in’s where we can utilize our ~33,000 square miles of seismic inventory to optimize the economics of a transaction.
